What happens if my website goes down or is hacked?
All our Website Maintenance plans include Emergency downtime support, what this entails is
us restoring the
website to a previous backup. The idea behind this is to get your website back up and
running as quickly as
possible
Do my monthly hours & tasks roll over?
Yes, we operate on a fair-use policy so that we can deliver a high level of service to all
our clients. It
will be rolled over next month only.
What if I need something that isn’t covered by my Website Maintenance plan?
We can usually help with this! We’ll be able to quote you, and get your approval for the
quote prior to
going ahead with any additional work required.
